How do the drug dealers operate openly at Rosewater OTR?An astute observer directed a friend’s attention to the woman at Rosewater OTR holding a lemon. She went into the toilets and returned a few minutes later with the lemon half eaten.
A group of men and women had arrived who were identified as The Syndicate. They were a bit of a let-down. How could this bunch of no-hopers be the feared Syndicate? They each took money from the ATM machine and at one point cash was passed to another who exchanged what appeared to be a small bag. The observer said The Syndicate members sell Ice and heroin to “sex workers” operating from the local hotels and in the laneway back of the OTR. The observer said this had been going on for years. The knowledge of this or the opinion of the Peregrine Corporation isn’t known. They’re not involved in drugs, but The Syndicate does draw in customers. As stated in a previous post, the police officer known as “the woman in red” suggested their surveillance branch had real-time access to Rosewater OTR cameras. If so, then how could they not be aware of constant drug deals? One apologist for the government said the police don’t touch the low-level Ice and heroin dealers, but instead concentrate on the bigger dealers. One answer is that we have an intricate series of bribes being paid and collected by a wide range of players sanctioned by the South Australian authorities. This isn’t suggesting criminality by everyone concerned and certainly not Peregrine. It might be a series of well-established conventions with loopholes where the illegal element has insinuated itself. Early 31 August 2021 How the Shahin family became
